About NordicCrews

NordicCrews is a free directory and weekly newsletter for Nordic general contractors, installers and site managers who hire crews from Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and the wider EU, and for the Baltic companies that supply them.

It is run by Fredrik Olsson (Shareify (Fredrik Olsson, Swedish sole proprietorship)), who is based in Riga and works day-to-day in Baltic-to-Nordic construction staffing: placing Baltic ventilation and insulation crews with Swedish contractors, and electrical crews with data center projects. The questions that come up on every placement (Is the posting notified? Do they have ID06? What does the A1 say? Which projects are hiring next quarter?) are what this site answers.

How listings work

• Every entry links to a public source and shows when it was last checked.
• Listing is free. Being listed is not an endorsement, and we do not vet companies.
• Disclosure: the operator works in Baltic–Nordic construction staffing. Any listing of a company he is involved with will be clearly marked as such.
• Sponsored placements, when they arrive, will always be labelled "Sponsored".
